Just ran into an issue with NFS Unbound and the latest update on the latest version of Windows 11,
game was working fine with high frame rates averaging above 100fps on a mix of high and ultra settings.
After the Vol 8 Update patch the game runs at only 50fps sometimes even dropping down to 25 fps CPU
utilization is fine only remaining around 60% but its the GPU usage that is low as 5%.
Seems like changing grapbhics settings still results in the same FPS and GPU usage even low has no
effect in FPS.
I am on the latest AMD Drives as well 24.8.1 I have tried even running the game in linux results in the exact
same bug as it does in Windows 11.
Specs are as follows so the game should be running fine like it was before:
12400F
32gb DDR 3200mhz
12gb RX 7700 XT
Tried both Windows 11 and Nobra 40 but still the same bug persists CPU usage is fine but GPU is being underutilized and have
notice my card only maintains 2250mhz when it should boost up to around 2650mhz.
The game was run on fresh installs of both and have updated drivers and even have tested previous AMD drivers but still same
problems persist.
Looks like the bug is back again I do remember having problems before just have to play something else then until it get fixed.
