What you can try, unfortunately this happens often, go to the NFS unbound image, press the options key, and look to see if the check mark for "Game content" is installed! If it is not installed, put the check mark there and start the game!

Not sure if this is the thing you’re saying but I didn’t see Vol 9 premium speed pass included. I attached the images of all the contents and ps store doesn’t say it is purchased.

  I’ve been in contact with EA support and PSN but still haven’t resolve this issue. I guess have to wait until new patch update. Hopefully it won’t take that long.

    @Hehaihans Any news so far? I contacted both sides as well but basically Sony asks me to wait for EA and the dev team is still working on it.
