NFS Unbound - cannot launch game, bought from Steam

I cannot run the game. Every time I try to run it I occur an error saying: "There is a problem with your game's setup. Please reinstall your game". I've been looking for solutions for last 2 ho...

I can only seem to launch the game by starting the EA app as administrator, not sure what is causing it, but it allows me to launch the game.
