NFS Unbound - error code DR1001 "You have been disconnected from the session"

Product: Need for Speed: Unbound
Platform:PlayStation 5
Summarize your bug Can't "join a game"/Instant kick from session.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Uncertain.
What happens when the bug occurs? Kicked from session. Disconnected from friends.
What do you expect to see? To be able to play with friends, and online against other opponents.

Works fine in other EA games, such as NFS Heat and GRID L egends.

Translation:

"Hello I can not launch the multiplayer mode it tells me error code DR1001 how can I do [this] please?"

This doesnt work and I still have this issue - whats the plan to fix this?

DR1001 and 1002 Error. Disconnecting from the live multiplayer game. EA app crashing logged out in the background. Is there anyone else facing the same issue? Any fix?

The multiplayer aspect of Need for Speed Unbound is inaccessible I can enter the garage but as soon as I start to find a lobby it gives me an error this is that error code. No other games in my library has any issues with connecting to any kind of multiplayer it is only Unbound that can not connect I purchased the game through steam and got the palace edition.

Keep getting disconnected from online session with error code DR1002

Does anybody know how to fix it? I just want to play with my buddies online and I keep getting disconnected
