NFS Unbound - error code "FTCL50001"
Trying to play online and I get the error code FTCL50001. Lobby could not be created

Anybody know how to fix error code FTCL 5001
because after the update all I get is the stupid FTCL5001 error code or I can’t creat a playing lobby . It just loads & id try everything for the console & nothing & of course no body at the tech department is answering & or helping us with this issue

Date is started:About 2 months ago maybe..it's still doing it.
Steps tried: I have uninstalled/reinstalled game,safe mode( clear cache and rebuild database), regular reset, factory reset,deleted save data from cloud and/or console, synced and unsynced data,reconnected internet(forget network and reconnected network),logged out of PS and logged back in, contacted AT&T to troubleshoot and everything is fine as far as connection(they even sent me a brand new router), contacted Playstation support,contacted EA support(several cases are active), cleaned console(PS5 was spotless)...I've tried everything I know to do. Attached is screenshots of error codes I am currently experiencing on the PS5 for NFS Unbound:
I'm also currently experiencing the 2nd pic you have, and EA said they fixed it in the Volume 4 update, and i STILL HAVE IT. wth?
Error codes that I am experiencing are as follows:
-Failed to create lobby.Lobby could not be created.Please try again later.Erro code:FTCL5001
-Unable to save file.Your progress will not be stored.Error Code:9
-Failed to create lobby.Item system synchronization failed.Please contact customer support.Error code:FTJR2008
I am also getting Wrap data not saved error also.
sorry i thought no one was ever gonna help so i gave up .but im on the new xbox x/s & every time i log on it takes me to the garage but then when i try get on multiplayer it loads then i get the Error code FTC5001.& i thought maybe after the new VOL 3 update it might fix the issue but still nothing it just says the thing Error code ftc5001.& this all started after the VOL 2 update..
- @eiseeu Yeah come to think of it, you right, it did start around the vol.2 update.

Hi @livinwithaliens7 @eiseeu To check did you notice any changes after the Vol 3 update?
Also just to confirm, have you tried the steps mentioned here...
- Open your NAT Type:
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
I've been running into this problem as of recently, a few days after vol 3
Platform: Xbox series X
Tag: Doryzzkendy
Getting error msg: yea, almost every time trying to enter multiplayer
Date of start: a few days after vol 3 release, no signs of stopping
Attempts of fix: restarted console, checked Nat type, restarted game, currently uninstalling and reinstalling
It's been a very frustrating moment for me as it's very hard to do anything online when it has the bad habit of dropping out
Update on my end, ended up getting the issue again, tried on a different account and works fine, must be due to the items being obtained (for my main account I get all three EA play cars, the preorder items, any pass items I have and the palace edition items,) might be a overflow from loading rewards since I know that you seem to constantly get duplicate cars every time you load in, and if the game forgets what you already own and try to reload everything that you should have, it breaks it, not sure but is my best guess

- @KJNO75 Been having issue since volume 4 can't enjoy a game I paid my hard earned money and can't enjoy like my other titles
- Same too. And game stucks and crashes. LOL

Date when it happened: I don't remember, sometime between volume 5 and during volume 6. The Bug is sill ongoing.
Other bugs: Can't buy cars (it says purchase failed), Various Volume 2 rewards are locked after I completed the challenges (this is a different issue as it happened last year during volume 2)
