NFS Unbound - error code "FTCL50001"
Trying to play online and I get the error code FTCL50001. Lobby could not be created

@EA_Illium I already have in my first post here, with a possible reason why it's happening, but just to be sure I'll do it again
Platform: Xbox series X
Tag: Doryzzkendy
Region: Australia
Error implied: yes, non stop since first getting it
Date of start: a few days after Vol 3 update
Anything else: Slow sync on startup and randomly giving already unlocked items from EA play, speed pass and pre-order bonus
Attempts to fix: Checked Nat type, didn't work, restarted console, didn't work either, restarted game, didn't work as well, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, again it didn't work.
Possible reason: Item overflow due to a few things I noticed. One when the game goes to Synchronise with the online servers, it takes way longer then before the issue (roughly 2 to 5 second before issue, now roughly 1 to 3 minutes of waiting for it), Two every so often when I load into the garage before finding a server it will give me everything that I already own again which might be duplicating them (Items in question being the EA play cars, all speed pass items currently unlocked and pre-order bonuses) which becomes annoying to see the "New" tag everywhere when you go. And three I tested it if it was the game itself or my internet by loading into a account that has nothing on it and the game doesn't come up with the issue then, so account items have to be a main cause of the issue.
Even though I've already posted this, if it help fix it, then it need to be done since I've been playing since the palace edition early access and have around 25 days worth of gameplay on Unbound.
I hope what I've found is the reason why it's happening
@Doryzzkendy This is definitely the issue.
Yeah after I had built my garage back up with some builds I was unable to get online but once I was able to get back into the online garage I sold 7 cars and deleted a couple of wraps then i was able to get back online...So to your point, yes, selling down cars and deleting some wraps will get you back online.Hopefully this gets fixed with the next update.

Problem: Since yesterday, Monday, July 31, 2023 at 2 p.m., I can no longer play online either, and I always get the message: Lobby creation failed, error code: FTCL5001.
And my internet connection has no failures either and is at 950 Mbits.
And since the story is finished, I just play online now, and I really want to play online again.
Please fix this error.
@JudyRacingIve seen your gamertag in the servers I play in...I don't know if our problem is related by coincidence or not...but our problem and error code could possibly be a secluded issue .Maybe it helps EA pinpoint the problem.I am in North Carolina by the way.

Can you play online again now? I've already deleted and reinstalled Unbound, but I can't get online anymore. And my connection is super stable, not having a single drop out in the timeline, so the problem is with EA. My friend tried it and said you could delete and install without losing money or cars or game data so I did that but it didn't work. @JudyRacing Yes, I'm finally able to get online.I still get the error code FTCL5001 when I first load into the garage but able to just bypass it and get into a server.As you may have read in other comments in this thread, deleting cars in your garage to under 100 or so (and you may have to delete some wraps as well), then I'm able to get online.However, I am still having the issue that if I re-enter a safehouse from the online map say after a race or so, I sometimes get kicked offline and sent back to the homescreen.From there I just go back online ...sometimes I'm lucky and can get back onto the same server that i was in or either it will send me to a different server which can suck, especially if you've been racing on a server with some cool people.When I get on later today I will look you up and see if I can send you an invite to see if it'll let you get online to a server

But I can't get online anymore, before the crash I had 94 cars and wraps I don't know exactly, but I can't get online. - @livinwithaliens7
Ok, you were right, I sold cars in the story that I would never have needed anyway, and then luckily came online, and suddenly there were 126 cars, many 5 - 7 times, I then sold so many I only had 77 cars left and wraps 65 and then I hit find game and finally played again. I'm excited to see if I can log in online tomorrow. But thanks for the tip.
Greetings Judyracing @JudyRacing awesome..Yeah I should have mentioned in my previous reply that you could probably sell your story mode cars.Thats what I did...sold all but 2 cars and deleted all wraps that I had made for offline...since I never play offline anymore.Glad you could get back on!
