NFS Unbound - error code "FTCL50001"
Trying to play online and I get the error code FTCL50001. Lobby could not be created

@EA_Illium I didn't mess with the NAT settings, however, I did contact my internet provider and had them open port on my router. I did mess around with the DND settings and tried the public Google domain but that did nothing.I still get the Failed to Create Lobby error code:FTCL5001 but I'm at least able to get online and connected t0 a server. The problem I'm now facing is when say I'm finished with an online race and I head back to any garage,once I press square to enter garage, it automatically kicks me out of the server and offline to the main menu/dashboard.

I tried the dns suggestions but it didn't work. I contacted ea and they said it was a known problem and they're was a dedicated team working on it.....lol

@Str8Beastin621 if your a a PlayStation player, try @JudyRacing method to fix the issue, idk if it works since I'm Xbox but another way you could fix it is by selling cars as supposedly the issue is caused by a bugged car, but again idk if it's the cause
Update on my end
Decided that I've had enough, ended up selling majority of my cars, from 73 to only 6....
The result is that I'm not getting the error....
Gonna test a few other things
1. Gonna buy every single car that I owned before the mass sell to see if it returns
2. If step one doesn't result in the error returning, attempt to upgrade all the cars back to their original state and see if it returns then

I ended up buying all owned cars again...
And then some to the point that I own every car in the game (which I should but it only says I have 136/146.... missing 10 of em)
Went for the restart on the game and it returned, majority of the cars are straight up stock except for 7 cars, it's not via a bug via this info due to selling everything except for wraps (I put too much effort into that s###)
I'm now 100 percent sure it's a server issue cause I've never seen ANY racing game have issues with number of vehicles owned (in Forza Horizon [yes I'm bring this game up] I have over 600 cars.... about 180 are built/ altered) I seriously want this bug fixed and I'm literally WILLING to let criterion access my in game account to try and fix this bloody bug....
Just cause I feel like pinging @EA_Illium to get attention to this....
And just some usual info they want

Other issues: Mainly issues included with bug which are
1. Difficulty loading into multiplayer
2.being kicked from multiplayer when entering garage from free roam
3. Chance of being kicked back to in game home screen
4. Chance of game crash
5. Long load times
6. Chance of earning all DLC cars again
Attempts of rectifying issues: ... here's a list
1. Restarted the game
2. Restarted internet
3. Altered DNS on console
4. Uninstalled/ Reinstalled game
5. Deleted console save files
6. Reset console
7. Deleted All in game Cars
8. Checked if game issue with alternative account
.... none of em worked ....
There is no way I'm doing a hard reset, I have too much done, it just might be time that I quit the game due to not being able to get what I wanna do that makes the game fun which is making builds for every car in the game, but hopefully all this info helps....

- @Doryzzkendy Yep...I did the same thing you mentioned...I deleted all of my cars both story and online, plus deleted all of my wraps.Also to just make sure that the one lone car that I had wasn't the bugged car..I sold it and switched to a new car...and just as you mentioned above, the error code FTCL5001 still pops up every single time..however I am able to just bypass the error code and get online to a server but it still kicks me offline once I try to re enter a safehouse...it's definitely not a "bugged" car or wrap on my end...it's a server issue or EA issue.I have also noticed that some of my cars weren't driving like they used to so when I checked their builds inside the garage, I noticed that some of the parts were downgraded..which I obviously did not do.I am on PS5, Region:US and the issues I'm experiencing are exactly the same as Doryzzkendy...also I have attempted the same troubleshooting steps that Doryzzkendy has tried as well.

Hi friends, I've had this problem 3 times. and last week I tried it out to see how many cars and how many vinyls caused problems again.
And here is the result online: up to 75 cars and 56 vinyls I had no problems at all, from the 76 car and the 57 vinyl the game started no longer saving the vinyls and then had problems saving them even with the older cars Vinyls caused.
And from the 85 car onwards I couldn't log in anymore and had both problems again!
These problems are: Error code: 40010000 and Error code: FTJR2008.
Well, I fixed everything again and now I only have 72 cars and 50 vinyls online and everything is running great!
Ok, of course that was just me trying. I can't say whether it's the same for other gamers because I'm just a gamer and not a developer.
Still have fun playing the game. Yes now on top of the error code FTCL5001, today I am now getting the error codes FTJR2008 and 40010000. Once the online garage loads up, before I can even have the time to sell a car or delete a wrap that may be bugged, it kicks me back out to the homescreen offline.This game has now became officially unplayable for me.I have tried everything at this point.

hi, just do the repair again that I already sent you. After trying out when the problems start, it helped that I can log in. - @JudyRacing I already tried it..Nothing is working

clear your cache and then rebuild your database on the PS5, that helped me. @JudyRacingYep..did that too.Also did the delete console data and re-download from cloud trick, uninstalled and reinstalled game, unplugged everything, cleaned my console(which it was spotless)...Tried to delete some cars or wraps but as soon as it loads up the garage it kicks me offline to the homescreen too quick for me to do anything lol

Then you have some car that is causing these problems, it takes a long time to figure it out, but once you figure it out and sell that car with the wrap, everything will run like new again. This solution took me almost 2 days, and after that it was a car that we got online from the story, and I deleted the existing wraps and put my own wrap on the car, and that's exactly what it was then the reason for the problems. - @JudyRacing That's exactly what I think it is..because it happened after I deleted the wrap and added my own wrap onto the grey 2 toned chevy bel air that you unlock in story mode.Ive been trying to go into my inventory to delete the car and/or the wrap but it kicks me offline to the homesceen to quick..like once the garage loads up I have 3-5 seconds before it kicks me out lol

oh yes, I know that, just be patient and at some point you will have sold this problem car. For me, even deleting my own wrap from the car didn't help; the car still caused problems, even without the wrap. Unfortunately, this car has to go. Habe jetzt alle autos verkauft die ich hatte
und jetzt gehts wieder
