Trying to play online and I get the error code FTCL50001. Lobby could not be created

@Doryzzkendy I had this problem, then it disappeared. Now it has reappeared since volume 5. For the first hours of playing in volume 6, I thought the problem was fixed, but with the next restart of the game, it returned again
@chromiuuum I've had it since Vol 3 (Delorean was added alongside linkups) and it's persisted since then, I made it disappear myself through deleting cars then stupidly thinking I fixed it bought EVERY SINGLE CAR IN VOL 4 and now I can't even load into Multiplayer without the game disconnecting me and booting me back to the main screen
It will even disconnect me in single player as well even though I'm not in multiplayer
- @Doryzzkendy in volume 5, I was generally kicked off the Internet because of this error. Now the game is working, it doesn't seem to throw it away, but the error is getting worse and infuriating. Because of her, I can't see the friend who joined me in the lobby.
@chromiuuum I completely understand with the error getting worse, ever since I've had the error, I've been kicked at random even though my internet never did, and as you get more stuff even if they aren't cars, it will get worse till your in the same situation as me...
The point where I had started deleting cars was when I could load into a match ever so often turned into never loading into a match even though I never bought a new car over the last few days, I deleted cars till I had one left, bought a new car and then sold the old one with no more wraps that I had downloaded, at that point I could load in with no issue at all so I thought that I fixed it....
But as I now know, that wasn't the case....
Btw @chromiuuum may I ask, do you know if anyone of your cars suddenly disappeared without reason and not regained the Cash used on it ....
Cause I'm sure that's the cause of the Error code is a car randomly disappearing but staying on your save, the game thinks it's gone but cause it's still there the game attempts to load it, but cause it's not supposed to be there, the game takes ages to figure out what to do, and even when it does load you can't access this car ....
Why I think this is the issue is when the Maybach was added, I speed ran the challenge to be able to buy it, which I did and built into be a A+ speed build, but the next day it wasn't there and yet i had the same cash as when I stopped playing the day before....
- @Doryzzkendy unfortunately, I did not notice that some cars were completely missing from the garage. I had 70-80 of them, then I started deleting them so that the error would go away - this was advised here in the community. but it didn't help. When taikan appeared, I had a problem that several cars lost their spare parts. there was no curtain or wheels. I had to remove these cars and buy them again, because Criterion did not resolve the issue with this. Now I have +-50 cars in multiplayer and also in single player
@chromiuuum that sucks but yea, I'm sure it's a car that's glitched out that we can't access at all that's causing the error and the only way for it to get fixed is for EA (or Criterion) to delete all our cars within multiplayer, and tbh I'm willing to be the test subject for it just in case it dosent work at all, but it's my best guess on fixing it
if your theory is correct, then it would be worth comparing the number of cars on the account in the game and the number of cars in the cloud. If there is a discrepancy, find an extra non-removable car and remove it from the cloud. Or even easier - clear the cloud saves completely, they will still load from your local ones. in any case, it is not us who should think about this, but the developers who allowed such a problem to appear. And they can't solve it for six months, or they don't want to. I'm tired of waiting. We paid money for the performance of the game!

I've been playing since Early access from the palace edition and now I'm stuck playing on a alt account due to this BS, I want it fixed so I have my 29 days worth of hard work to be used and not have to restart everything, the challenges, the collectables, the cars themselves, I don't want to lose that at all cause it took ages to reach it.
And tbh if you ask EA through emails they just dodge the request and ask if you've check your internet, no offence to them tbh but it seems like they don't read the emails and just give you a simple reply
@chromiuuum I decided to do some digging and found the old error code chat and it seems like my thoughts on why this is happening is correct as someone had a car disappear on them as well, the car being the taycan

We are waiting for your response and information on the progress of troubleshooting the problem that you have not been able to fix for more than six months! And we, in turn, cannot play online normally and without errors!
Nice... now I cant play ONLINE. Game kick me from ONLINE everytime. Good job, devs...

Here's my info
Platform: Xbox series X
Xbox GT: Doryzzkendy (Main), Hindune (Alt)
Region: Australia/ OCE
Getting error message: Yes, error code FTCL5001
First instance of error: Day after Vol 3 released last year and has existed till today
Attempts to fix:...
Way too many tbh, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, cleared local save data and re-downloaded from cloud, restarted Xbox.... Then Hard reset Xbox, changed DRN for Wifi, changed domain IP, changed WIFI connections entirely
Things I could do: delete all save data.... (FK that, I have almost 30 days worth of progress that I don't want to lose)
Ways used to find issue: Used Alternate account (Hindune) to see if error was console wide and that's not the case

Additional issues: Constant disconnection from EA online even with stable connection during and after disconnect, inability to even load into Multiplayer garage, extremely slow loading into all multiplayer screens and into buy/ sell cars screen in singleplayer
(Edit) Suspected cause: A car that disappears from a players garage with no possible reason why, unable to be reached by the player or removed by said player, is in both local and cloud storages (as checked by me), seems to constantly gain data which makes the error code and subsequent issues to grow worse over time (example in @chromiuuum recent post where he is now unable to load into Multiplayer at all from Multiplayer garage)
Potential repercussions from possible solution: If we were to delete all save data it would get rid of it.... BUT it removes wraps, decals and body mods of DLC cars and glitches them out, there is no known fix and tbh is a last resort fix and one a player should avoid at all costs

ok, one of my party friends had this problem again a few days ago, we solved this problem together again in the language party. The mistake was again a DLC car on which he changed the wrap and parts of the body. Ok, sold the car, deleted the wrap, then cleared the cache, restarted, and everything was fine again. When I had the error, it was also a DLC car. Just leave the car as it is and you'll be fine.

I've always left the DLC cars alone and in my case with my main I never altered the DLC cars except for engine parts, plus as I've stated before I had deleted every single car and yet it still didn't get fixed due to the car being inaccessible to me what so ever so no, that's isn't gonna work in my case

Ok sorry, we 7 friends who always play together, not the same people every day, but all regularly, have all had this problem, and for us it was all a DLC car. Well we're all PS5 players, what do you play? @JudyRacing I'm on Xbox series X and I was in the original chat in terms of this error code so I've tried everything

- @EA_Groguet I'm reporting that I've made a error again. The day before yesterday, on Monday 03/10/2024, everything worked fine. Today is 03/12/2024 error.
Could this be related to the server-side update of PVP playlists? @EA_Groguet any updates now (4 days since last)
Also as a question, could I give you some suggestions for you to pass onto the Dev team, these suggestions are some new track ideas that I've made while stuck waiting on a fix while playing on my alt account
