Trying to play online and I get the error code FTCL50001. Lobby could not be created

Every time when I entering to the game says "Failed to create a lobby", and error code FTCL 5001. When I'm trying to find a party server, it says "connection lost", my internet is fast and good quality but I can't find a server, who can help me please, this has been happening for several days now
The Vol. 7 game update has been released, I still have the lobby creation error FTCL 5001, and I can’t buy a car...

For the past week i have been having issues signing into multiplayer need for speed unbound.

i cannot sign into EA servers and stay on their servers its a continuous loop from main menu to error code: FTCL 5001
i have contacted customer support in their chat and they keep trying to tell me its a PSN issue, but when i contacted PSN they had 0 clue what error code FTCL 5001 means or is as it is an EA product with an EA error code so here i am.
again i cannot sign into multiplayer online content

I am look for help to resolve Error codes: FTCL5001 and F03, first code has been popping up for a while now which means I cannot log into a lobby, I’ve also been having problems with buying cars that I want but earlier I was able to sell cars but just Today I cannot sell cars also. Error code F03 Popped up today which means I cannot log into an online lobby. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but that resulted in One of my cars getting deleted and nothing else. These issues are happening on the Xbox Series X console.
Is there someone that can help me with these issues because I’ve been dealing with this for a long time now.

It's just as bad as before. Actually it might be worse, I have less cars than before and yet it still happens, sometimes i can't even join a lobby, let alone enter the garage.
