NFS Unbound - error code "FTCL50001"

I hope someone from EA is actually reading this..After multiple attempts of trying everything...and I mean EVERYTHING,  the only way I could get back online was to delete my save data from both console and cloud.I deleted game and reinstalled with a brand new save. I lost all of my cars and all of my money. I had 100% completion and everything unlocked and now I have to start all over again.I have dealt with error codes and all sorts of issues with this game for months and always stayed patient and hopeful that with each update these issues would be resolved.I love playing this game and I've even spent money to buy all of the add-ons I've put around 960+ hours into this game and to have all of that work and grinding I put in to unlock everything and build up my inventory just to have to delete it all.Im glad I'm now able to get back online and to not have the error codes anymore but it was at the cost of losing everything I worked for.

Hi guys. I am once again struggling to get into an online lobby in NFS Unbound. But this time it won't even load me into the pre screen in the garage to get me into an online lobby. Been doing this for about a month now. And tbh I'm about to give up with the game when I really don't want to.

It will load, come up with my rewards I have for a split second, then kick me out back to the main screen with an error. This needs to be fixed as I know I'm not the only one. What ideas do you have to get this sorted? I have done everything to troubleshoot my internet and nothing has happened... 

@JudyRacing, it is, but when you don't even get a peep out of anybody form EA or Criterion, it gets on your nerves, remember how I said before Vol 4 droped that it should be fixed, well it did nothing, and most likely will be nothing done due to EA shifting MAJORITY OF CRITERION TO WORK ON FKN BATTLEFIELD, there is no way it's gonna get fixed when there is barely anyone left working on unbound, I feel like there won't be any more updates as well, unless there is one more up their sleeves...

I've had it with the game but I still wanna play it, but I feel like I can't no more

So for anyone who read my last reply, you seen that I deleted mynsave data completely, reinstalled the game and now starting from scratch. You also read that I was finally able to get online and no more error codes..right?Well, I get on this morning and was going to get into story mode to start grinding again to unlock everything...only to see that all of the DLC cars that I paid for with real money from the add-ons are all now missing parts and stripped from their wraps that came on them..story mode and in online....Are you serious!!

@UDTLORDKILLAYep..that's exactly what was happening to me.Kicked out so fast..before I could even have time to click on cars to delete the bugged one.No matter what I tried and how many times I tried, I could never get online past the 3-4 seconds you have in the garage before getting kicked back offline to the homescreen.I ended up having to delete both save data from console and cloud and deleted and reinstalled the game.I lost everything.Now I'm starting over from scratch to grind and unlock everything. .Sucks for real!

Thanks for the reply and information. If that's the case for me to delete everything then you can 100% consider me done with the game. I am not starting again. 

I have just tried the game again deleted a bunch of dlc and reward cars from my single player game. Went from 118 too 46. And now I can get to the lobby screen on the online part.  Had to delete most of my paint jobs aswell 

I can now get into an online game after all these months. It seems like to me that the way they have made online and off-line garage separate has made thus huge bug that affects both games. If you have too many cars in your off-line game then it will affect the online aswell..
