Had a cloud save and a console save

syncing to cloud did not help

deleted from console

started game which forgot progress

closed game

downloaded from cloud

started and now online ok

wish I could get to previous cloud saves to before I sold all my cars!

@ph1lm dude! this worked! youre my savior. took me a minute to figure out how to get through the system settings and manage my save data with the cloud and all that, but i did exactly what you did, minus selling any of my cars, and im all good!
