Everytime since the new Porsche update came out I haven’t been able to go online I keep getting two error codes I keep getting error FTJR2008 and Error code 40010000 I have tried everything please help me

I am righting to you to say all of today I’ve been trying to play nfs unbound online and it keeps on giving me a error code and will not let me on
