Everytime since the new Porsche update came out I haven’t been able to go online I keep getting two error codes I keep getting error FTJR2008 and Error code 40010000 I have tried everything please help me

I am currently playing on Xbox Series X. I am experiencing problems with my account. I have error codes FTJR2008 and 40010000. I have tried deleting the save and upload it right back. Also, I uninstalled and re-installed the game. The same issues still exists. I've waited for an update for this and it still exists. My gamertag is WickedAqua27. It has been a week and there is no solution for this. I need a fix for this ASAP. I would hate to lose everything on this account.
