I found a solution on Reddit which worked for me.
Log into the game, disconnect from the internet, reconnect, go back to Unbound and make sure it's in offline mode, and then click to go back online. It should reinstall all the inventory correctly this time. At least, that's how I fixed it. Got the issue a few days ago and that's how it stopped.

Can't go online, can't sell or purchase anything, can't change any parts, everything say failed to purchase.
Any solution?
EA QV TeamHi @karimz1982 a temporary work around for this issue if you have any DLC/ Packs installed is to uninstall one of them, reload in and this should resync the inventory. Launch the game and go to free roam. If this works, then close off everything and install the DLC again and it should work from then on.
This is being investigated further.
