NFS Unbound - Error "You must be signed into your EA account..."

Please im on ps5 i lost my progression i do everything deleting save data clear caches on my ps5 rebuild data some time i can go online and then disconnected and cant access online again said synchronized failed please fix it ea

    Did u fixed it bro? cause its still happens to me. i already sold my offline cars, cant sell my online cars cause i cant go online. any suggestion?

      @Vicky040802 4 weeks since I can't get online. I also sold everything offline. the only known solution is to delete the saves and start over

        @JoHeL1 , bro yesterday after i contact EA with the chat with us live service via EA agent (real person), and the game works. They only send me link to the forum or playstation but it didnt work and they give up even the agent didnt know what to do so the agent stop the chat, so i turn off my PS5. After 2 hours i just wanna test it to see if it works, and amazingly i can play online. But until tonight it brokes again, i want to contact the agent again but ea help wont let me. They must be doing something right?
