NFS Unbound - Purchase Failed error when buying cars

My nfs unbound keeps saying it cannot save my wraps or any changes to the car

    In a similar vein, I receive "purchase failed" when trying to equip any item to my cars whatsoever. That, or when I back out of the menu, it reverts to what it was previously.
