Summarize your bug Unable to purchase cars from dealership keeps saying purchase failed but I can buy body parts engine parts and whole engines but not cars😕
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you try to buy a car it will freeze for 5 seconds then say purchase failed
What happens when the bug occurs? It says purchase failed
What do you expect to see? I want to be able to buy cars again
Game doesn't let me buy cars just says purchase everytime I try
Everytime I try to modify or upgrade a car or even change vanity items or neon it keeps saying purchased failed or nothing depending on the upgrade or change. Unequips whatever I picked. And can't customize anything anymore. I'm on xbox series x. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice. Nothing. Still can't change anything. Weirdly I can change my characters clothes. Someone help.

- when I try to buy cars Screen freeze for 3 seconds and then it says "purchase failed"
- cant buy cars online since vol 3
- Bug is permanent

To check do you have a large collection of cars (online or offline) when this error started happening?
Also to check, do you get an other error message, or run into issues connecting to online lobbies?

Are you getting an error message? "Acquisto fallito" ( it's the italian for "Purchase failed") each time I try to buy something new for a specific car. If I install items that I already own, the setup reverts back just when I exit the customization menu.
Which modes does this happen in? Online
Does this happen to any other account on the device? I can't say, this the only device I play with
How long are you playing until this happens? 120+ hours
Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive? Internal SSD
What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot) Wired
Is anything else happening? I have issues with player badge stickers (they don't show) and car wraps (sometimes only the right side of the selected car reverts to normal colour). Ea client can't remember my login (starting it from Steam client works fine)
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID
