NFS Unbound - Purchase Failed error when buying cars

Summarize your bug Can't buy any speed pass items (both vol 3 and 4 items)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to buy / equip any speed pass items
What happens when the bug occurs? Either an error message saying "Purchase failed" shows up or nothing happens at all
What do you expect to see? To be able to buy items I was grinding to unlock
