NFS Unbound - Purchase Failed error when buying cars

Product: Need for Speed: Unbound
Platform:PlayStation 5
Summarize your bug Does not allow me to purchase cars. Kept saying “Purchase Failed.”
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In story mode when you attempt to purchase a new vehicle.
What happens when the bug occurs? Error message “Purchase Failed” comes up.
What do you expect to see? Error message and goes back to vehicle selection menu

I can’t buy any vehicles whether it is a normal or custom vehicle

        I have 72 in online and 130 in story mode
