I wanted to confirm if anyone is still running into getting the message "purchase failed" while playing NFS Unbound.
If so, please let us know the following:
- Platform:
- PSN ID/Gamertag:
- Are you getting an error message?
- Which modes does this happen in?
- Does this happen to any other account on the device?
- How long are you playing until this happens?
- Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?
- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
- Is anything else happening?
- Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID

Gamertag: JoMas2005
Problem: Get a permanent error message saying 'purchased failed'
Which gamemode: Happens online and in story mode
Happens on other plateform?: Dosent happen on other account, just me and it happens on other platforms
How long: I have been playing since vol 9 came out
Storage: Playing on internal storage
Connexion type: Connexion is wireless
