So i have Gamepass PC and EA play linked i can download any game i want except NFS unbound? Did someone else hve this problem? Tried clear cache, reinstall nothing works stays on prepareing after a f...

Hi @SuikaRO To confirm does the issue happen exactly the same after going through the steps above?

If so would it be possible to get a DxDiag?

      yes it's still persisting! i always try every week to see if it's resolved but no, it's still the same and other games are downloading without problems
