NFS UNBOUND BUG

Fehlende Belohnungen (Titel/Banner) in Need for Speed Unbound Online (Racers League)

Speedy senpai for example I defeated all 12 racers and didn't got my title for the banner.

Also a problem is that the game doesn't even show me the title (that's the bug) 

I buyed ofc the ultimate collection etc.

So my problem is that serveal titles are missing on my account ones I unlocked and some that I didn't unlock yet are missing the bug is the game doesn't show me the (missing) titles.

So;

Subject: Bug: Missing Title "Speedy Senpai" in Need for Speed Unbound (PlayStation 5)

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have completed all 12 Outrun Rivals (or all comparable Open-World challenges) in Need for Speed Unbound on the PlayStation 5.

However, I am missing the title "Speedy Senpai", which should be displayed as a reward for this completion but has not been unlocked. This error is preventing me from achieving 100% completion.

Please investigate this bug, as the title is either not visible or has not been awarded correctly.
