  • Hello @Ar_mas48,

    Try the following troubleshooting steps.

    • Verify Game Files:

      • Open Steam, go to your Library, right-click on NFS Unbound, and select Properties.
      • Go to the Local Files tab and click on Verify Integrity of Game Files. This can fix any corrupted files.
    • Update Graphics Drivers:

      • Ensure your NVIDIA drivers are up to date. You can download the latest drivers from the NVIDIA website.
    • Check DirectX:

      • Make sure you have the latest version of DirectX installed. You can download it from the Microsoft website.
    • Adjust Graphics Settings:

      • Since you're playing at 4K on max settings, try lowering the graphics settings or resolution to see if that stabilizes the game. High settings can put a lot of strain on your GPU.
    • Check for Background Processes:

      • Sometimes, background applications can interfere. Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) and check if there are any unnecessary applications running that might be causing issues.
    • Reinstall the Game:

      • If the problem persists, consider uninstalling and then reinstalling NFS Unbound.
    • Windows Updates:

      • Make sure your Windows is fully updated. Sometimes, missing updates can cause compatibility issues.
    • Event Viewer:

      • Check Windows Event Viewer for any error logs that may provide more insight into the crashes. You can access it by searching for "Event Viewer" in the Start menu.
    • Check for Overheating:

      • Monitor your CPU and GPU temperatures during gameplay. Overheating can lead to crashes, so ensure your cooling system is functioning properly.

I hope one of the steps works. 🙂

    Best regards,
