NFS Unbound, crashes the entire PC.

Hi EA, Criterion,

I am having a hard time playing the game, it constantly crashes the PC and causes a hardreset. I can tell what causes it becasue it is random.

Please fix the game.

    • OS: 64-bit Windows 10
    • Processor (AMD): Ryzen 5 2600 or Equivalent
    • Processor (Intel): Core i5-8600 or Equivalent
    • Memory: 8 GB
    • Graphics card (AMD): RX 570 or Equivalent
    • Graphics card (NVIDIA): GTX 1050 Ti or Equivalent
    • DirectX: 12 Compatible video card or equivalent
    • Online Connection Requirements: 320 KBPS or faster Internet connection
    • Hard-drive space: 50 GB

    Product: Need for Speed: Unbound
    Platform:PC
    Summarize your bug Stuck on Loading/Rain screen Every time i start the game and the initial screen with the rain pops up, i can see the ("press Enter") text for a split second and then it disappears and only thing left is the rain with the music.
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? start the game
    What happens when the bug occurs? i am stuck at that screen
    What do you expect to see? rain and music

    You could possibly reinstall your graphics card drivers as described here.
