Nfs unbound crashes

Summarize your bug NFS Unbound will crash within around 30 minutes of actual racing time. Game freezes unexpectedly and a pop up will show. Either happens at the start of the race or during. Latest drivers installed. PC specs way beyond what is asked of me (Ryzen 9 5900X, Radeon RX 6950 XT) , I should run this game easily.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go out and race, happens at the start of a race before countdown or while in the middle of a race. Hasn't occurred outside of one.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game freezes, audio continues to play, a "DirectX Error" pop up will appear, and I have to open task manager and force close Unbound.
What do you expect to see? I expect to get to finish every race I start without worrying about a crash that might disrupt progress and gameplay.

I have provided a picture I took of the pop up that appears after every crash, completely up to date on my drivers.

Tried to delete cache files.
It doesn't work

What happens when the bug occurs? Game shuts down.
What do you expect to see? The $80 game i purchased...

PC Spec:

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600X

Ram: 16gb DDR4

GPU: Asus 3060 12GB

This has now happend for about 3 hours since game was finished downloaded in steam.

I have verified gamefiles. 
Moved game to main drive incase it was HDD speed related. 
Updated GPU driver. 

Updated BIOS

Tried the CPU fix from NFS Heat
Windows is up to date.
Tried launching the game thru EA Play.
Tried launching the game thru Origin.
Tried launching the game thru Steam

Cant seem to find any information from EA, or anyone involved.

If noone is able to tell wherter or not devs are looking into this asap, there isnt any reason to keep this game in steam, and i would rather just have my money back. Which is a shame, cause i was actually looking forward to playing this.

What happens when the bug occurs? The game freezes and then closes the program completely.
What do you expect to see? A game that I can actually play without bracing for a freeze/crash. Good job I'm only utilising the 10 hours on EA Access, otherwise I would have been more annoyed.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea maybe updates like ASAP
What happens when the bug occurs? freezes and crashes the game so i lose the money i earned in a race or getting away from a cop
What do you expect to see? hoping its fixed ASAP i payed money for a game i can not play , when i played more so i can play it early and yet that didnt make me have a good time playing

I keep playing this game hoping things changed and the game just keep freezing and crashing on me. No other Need For Speed game was this bad i dont think. Hoping it gets fixed deff when i spent over $80 to play early and i can barly play
