For everyone still running into this save issue, would it be possible to get the following information?

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)?
Is anything else happening?
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)

Error code message: unable to save file. Your progress will not be stored. Please check our support pages for help. Error code: 9
date issue started: Feb 29 2024 is the date I re downloaded the game. yes this issues is still happening
is anything else happening: the same thing that is happening to everyone else is happening to me. Can’t save progress with wraps, customization, buying cars etc.
Steps I’ve tried to resolve issue: nothing has worked.

Still having this issue myself

MSG: Error Code 9 Data will not be saved, same as everyone else.
How Often: Every time I make a wrap for about the last year
I have tried the same solutions as everyone else, deleting saves, deleted wraps, downloading/uploading cloud saves, etc. I even sold some of the cars and repurchased them. It affects pretty much every car now. Whatever is causing it is on your end not ours.
