NFS Unbound Freezing And Crashing

Summarize your bug The game keeps freezing and crashing, sometimes a couple of minutes after gaining control of the car in the game, sometimes a couple of seconds. I've only played story mode so i don't know if it happens in multiplayer as well, but i guess it would.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

So i just bought this game on steam and i haven't been able to get further in the game than the first safehouse mission on account of the game literally crashing 47 seconds after i got control of the car (Yes i timed it because it's driving me insane).
I have tried all the fixes online, ie deleting the dx12 files in the cache folders, verifying game files, turning down graphics settings, compatibility settings in windows, whatever. The game still keeps crashing and i have no clue why, i don't get an error or anything, the game just freezes and then closes, it also doesn't have a clear pattern, since it always crashes on a different point, sometimes i barely drive 10 feet and its gone, sometimes i get halfway through a race and it crashes.
I have an RTX 4080 and an i9 14900K so it's definitely not a hardware compatibility issue.
Please if anyone knows anything, let me know. I just want to play this game, but have been trying to fix it for 2 hours to no avail.

If you haven't can we also try the following:
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Install or Repair the VC++ files for your game (Origin or EA app)
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
