If you are still using the PC with the integrated GPU that worked before, you can switch to the integrated to play.
Not ideal but at least you may be able to play.
Minimum requirements:
- OS: Windows 10 64-bit
- Processor (AMD): Ryzen 5 2600 or equivalent
- Processor (Intel): Core i5-8600 or equivalent
- Memory: 8 GB
- Graphics Card (AMD): RX 570 or equivalent
- Graphics Card (Nvidia): GTX 1050 Ti or equivalent
- Direct X: 12 compatible card
- Online Connection Requirements: 512 Kbps
- Hard Drive Space: 50 GB+
