NFS Unbound: Lockdown Mode Infinite loading blackscreen

Yesterday I have extracted the Razor's BMW M3 GTR, after the cutscene, it gets stuck to a blackscreen for almost 10 minutes, I decided to restart the game, after clicking on multiplayer menu, I saw the loading thing that tells you "checking inventory", it took longer than usual, and once I could get in, I checked first the garage and I couldn't see this car anywhere but when I checked contracts, it was marked as completed.

I have sent an email to the support, chatted with a support thing, I don't know if it was an IA or not because it asked me to send a proof that I have completed the contract. And now I am just waiting.

I also have checked others forums and some people said that cars cannot be duplicated and get replaced by cash, and some of them say you cannot have too many cars (some people say the maximum is 200 and it counts solo cars you have too) , just to know: it was the first time I extract this car, I may have a similar one but is the 30 years edition so I don't know if it's the reason why I can't have 2 BMW M3, I don't have 100 in both solo and multiplayer so I don't even have 200 cars. I am now confused so if someone can explain to me it would be nice.
