I deactivated cloud saving, and that helped 3 weeks ago, now we only save on the PS5.

How do u desactivate it?

    You have to go into settings, then point: storage, then point: install location, and there select: games and apps for ps5 only console storage

    Before that you have to save the cloud storage on the console first, and then delete the cloud storage.
