NFS Unbound problem: Lags(slow motion around 7fps)

EDIT: I POSTE SOLOUTION HERE:D

So Ladies & Gentelman this is my solution for nfs unbound.
1. Go to Need For Speed Unbound ROOT folder and click right button on NeedForSpeedUnbound.exe............select windows 8 compatibility.......turn off fulsscren optimization.......start as admin and save
2. Type in search bar Graphic settings and add classic app select NeedForSpeedUnbound.exe set it to high performance mode and save.
3. Paste Core Fix by octanium91 https://github.com/Octanium91/NFS_Heat_CPU_Load_FIX/releases/download/1.0/nfs_hits_cpu90_fix.cmd in NeedForSpeedUnbound.exe location and start this file this give You one config file
4. Now You need check Your Resizable Bar must be enabled so turn it ON, If You dont know where is I tell You, is in Your Bios so You need restart pc and enter to bios
5. So Now Last step open Your EA app and click in left top corner three strips and go to HELP Click Recover App and done now EA app do restart and Game Work! When You see Frame drops again You need Repeat Step Five.
