NFS UNBOUND "Purchase Failed"

I recently bought the Ultimate Collection upgrade for Need For Speed Unbound, and it has come through as purchased, but whenever I try to buy anything in the game, it doesn't allow me to and comes up with "Purchase Failed" with no error code. I have tried reinstalling it on Steam, and it does the same thing.

Adding to this, Unbound also doesn't allow me to play Online, it comes up with the error code DR1001.

Please help me with this, I have looked at other forums posted by other users, and nothing seems to work.
