Summarize your bug Visual bug at all rims after Vol.8 update. When you are moving, the rim animation looks so horrible, like you have a disc, more like the blur of moving rims is not rendering correctly.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just go outside with a car, move, and look around at rim animation while moving.
What happens when the bug occurs? The visual of the rims looks so horrible.
What do you expect to see? I wish the rims animation could be like before the Vol.8 update.
