NFS Unbound Save Data

Greetings. 

I have a question regarding how Save data works. I play Need for Speed Unbound on my PC, and I had assumed that there is some sort of cloud storage just like Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered. 

Then around December 27, 2023, I transitioned to a new PC and downloaded the game but I noticed everything was a blank new file as if it was new. All the story and online progression was not there and I am now starting to wonder if there is a way I can recover my save data. I do not have access to my old PC anymore.

I am not sure where in the EA App do we see cloud save data and weather there are different versions that I could get back otherwise I have lost all of my progress in the game, so I would really appreciate the help.

    Yes. For more context, I have this title through the PC version of Game Pass through the EA App.

    I would also like to note now that it seems that my online data has been recovered, as I have everything that I had before. 

    I will now mark this as solved

    Hi,

    I would like to ask how do you recover your save file because i accidently deleted my save file in document folder.. Is there anyway to recover my deleted save file from cloud save?

    @kurozaki07 I too am having the same issue;
    Installed on a new PC, but no progression, opening story prompts the character creator.

    The new EA app doesn't have cloud saves?? what happened?
