    Edit: Thank you for the continued patience while this was being investigated, everyone. 

    We're seeing this should now be resolved, however if you're still running into this please try the steps below and let us know if the issue continues.

    Thanks to those who've posted that these steps help. 

    • Close the game
    • Go to ea.com and choose to Sign In. 
    • Choose your console's login option.
    • Follow the instructions and link your console and EA accounts if prompted. 
    • Start the game back up.

We are having the exact same issue. I deleted the game from the console and re- downloaded the game and continue to have the same issue.

    @EA_David  What can I do if I am a new user?  I never logged in before. I opened the game the first time and saw this error screen every time.
