It sounds as if your previous save file was corrupted, to confirm which platform are you on?
I play on PC and No, my save file didn't corrupted. I couldn't login online because old save file was broken for some reason after I made a new car in online then audio broken and I had to relog then I tried to login online it wasn't work anymore. and then I have to make a new file to play online again but all of progress in offline and online saves are gone
I still have an old file save btw. but it can't be use to play online anymore

To confirm progress and items are saved locally to your save files versus an online server. If using the old save you are unable to load the game but using a new save you can successfully load the game this most likely points to an issue with the save file.
We can try going through the following first to confirm if this keeps up while using the old save.

I tried to repair game but it's still the same. not thing changed file still broken. not be able to get into online
