NFS Volume 7 stuck loading forever to connect online

To confirm progress and items are saved locally to your save files versus an online server. If using the old save you are unable to load the game but using a new save you can successfully load the game this most likely points to an issue with the save file. 

We can try going through the following first to confirm if this keeps up while using the old save. 

• Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues 
• Try running the client and game as an admin
  
  
• Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
• Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
  
• Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
  
  
• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
• Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
