No audio for Npc, both cut scenes and in game

Product: Need for Speed: Unbound
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug No audio for Npc, both cut scenes and in game
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I tried the trial version and after deleted it. Redownloaded it today with the full version and this issue popped up
What happens when the bug occurs? Npc, police radio, phone calls have no audio
What do you expect to see? Audio back(?)

    Did you try to unistall the trial version a donwload the full version? (I have the same problem I'm trying that right now)

    Man, I found a way to solve it, try to change from 7.1 or Automatic to Estereo, this solved the problem for me.
