No limits freezing

after opening the game up it just freezes, can’t do anything , 2nd day of this now ! Even worse is the special event escape velocity has started , impossible to win 5 star car as event countdown started as soon as it was available ,  5 days instead of 7 to complete , as it’s still not fixed , the next event has started and the days are already on countdown so another pointless event , wonder if compensation is coming as I’d paid into extras on then main game which is now gone as it’s been frozen for 2 days , look forward to receiving that if it ever comes , can’t even report the fault in game as nothing works !
