No Wheel Settings - Forcefeedback weak

No Wheel Settings Absolutely no wheel settings and force feedback is extremely weak. The wheel worked fine in NFS Heat

done everything. there is  no support. Cant change any settings. Very Disappointing. I  have the new logitech pro wheel but changed the wheel compatibility to the g923
