Not receiving

Is any one else having issues with cars you unlock not showing up. Need help with this always seems to happen.

    Hello 2688Walker,

    If you’re not receiving cars from races, you might want to reach out to EA Support directly. Unfortunately, this isn’t something the community can help with.

I too have the same problem. I won a ''win a car'' race event with the reward being a lotus exige and I also  won all the three races of the first qualifier but I did not get the car nor the 40K cash that came with it.  Also to mention I am playing from a PC
