On-line character reseted in NFS Unbound

Hello guys!After the last update of Windows 11, when i launched NFS Unbound i had a very bad surprise ☹️The on-line character is reseted to the first beginning. Character is not customized, all my cars are gone,and all unlocked cars now are locked. Is possible to find the savings that contains all of this on the EA server?Please help ! Is over 500 hours of gaming there ☹️

Hi @mygal2k2, To confirm do you remember if you received an error message during your last sessions if the game had issues saving? If not, how do you typically close NFS Unbound?
