How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Equip the P1 GTR, then go to Wrap Editor, select any decals and you'll see the decals are blocked by the livery. Or go to Edit Body Parts, you'll see there isn't an option to remove the livery.
What happens when the bug occurs? Players cannot edit the wraps without being blocked by the livery.
What do you expect to see? An option to remove the stock livery.

As you can see, the decals are blocked behind the stock livery. An option to remove the stock livery would be helpful.
