[PC] Bad stuttering when progressing objective after purchasing Ultimate Upgrade

I have performed the same actions and the stuttering is present in single player too. After some more testing it appears to be related to when the game tries syncing with EA servers, because when I accessed single player offline - not connected to the internet at all - the stuttering is gone.

    You are correct, the issue is related to the syncing. Unfortunately, there is no reliable fix for this issue. You could try checking your internet connection, but that is it.

      I get 500Mbps down & upload speed, no issue with my internet
