And I didn't get BMW M3 GTR LE, why? I bought EA Play before and I got M3 but in that time I didn't get it, help please

Apologies for the confusion the EA Play subscription is platform and client specific. To confirm, you are launching the game via Steam.
However, you have an EA play subscription with your Game Pass Ultimate Subscription. The EA play sub you get via gamepass only works with the EA app (the PC client, like Steam).
Since you are launching NFS Unbound via Steam it may not be detecting your EA Play subscription as the EA Play sub only works on the EA App.
Would it be possible to uninstall NFS Unbound from where you currently have it installed, and then install it via the EA App instead. Once done launch the game and check both SP and MP if you unlock the EA Play rewards.

Also be sure to back up your Saves before uninstalled by navigating to: %USERPROFILE% \ Documents \Need For Speed(TM) Unbound\SaveGame and making a copy of the folder to your desktop (or another folder location)
