Summarize your bug Porsche 911 Turbo S Exclusive rear wing is supposed to extend upwards at high speeds, but that's not happening in-game. This was not an issue on NFS: Heat where the spoiler has the correct behaviour.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Drive a Porsche 911 Turbo S Exclusive (cabriolet and other versions might be affected too). 2. Reach high speeds (above 200Km/h) 3. Rear wing should extend at high speeds but does not.
What happens when the bug occurs? Rear wing (spoiler) does not move and is static, which is not the case for this car model when it reaches a certain speed.
What do you expect to see? Rear wing (spoiler) should extend upwards at high speeds but does not. (working properly on NFS: Heat)
