Possible cloud save bug on PC
I don't know if that is important info but I have NFS Unbound on Steam so it needs to launch EA App via EA Link for me to play the game.
Here's the issue: sometimes i don't really pay attention, especially after a lenghy game session. I think last time I played I might have forced close EA App while it was synchronizing cloud saves for the game?
Because now whenever I try to launch it, it gives me a "Failed to launch game, An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later."
I tried launching thru Steam, thru EA App itself, from the game files, with EA App running beforehand, without EA App running beforehand, without Steam nor EA App, etc.
I also tried updating EA App, recovery (clearing cache), uninstalled and reinstalled EA App, as well as verifying the game files on Steam since there's no option of it in EA App because I bought the game there.
None of those things helped in any way.
I'm about 95% sure this is a cloud save issue, because nowadays every game checks the cloud before loading. Now my question is, is there a way in EA App to "resync" the cloud saves like there is on Steam and Ubisoft Connect? I'd like to be able to use the over-priced product I paid for.
Also before anyone tells me to uninstall and reinstall the game, i can't afford to do that, my internet is too slow so I'd like to get other help that doesn't involve crippling my whole network for days on end for a silly video game that I already have.
