i purchased the ultimate collection and when I loaded up the game it said that I haven't purchased the premium speed pass even though it came included in the collection, ontop of that previous items are showing up as locked
Something needs to be done about it for real
Yeah I just got a update for need for speed unbound but it didn’t even fix it I think it’s Sony that needs to do the fixing
I understand that but it’s been 8 days now and what ever console u purchased it on u should contact them most of the time it’s either Sony or Microsoft because I got an update for mine what really needs to happen is both Microsoft and Sony need to resolve their problems they are the ones who don’t care and u are forgetting EA has a small team working on this game again contact Sony or Microsoft talk to them because there are other stuff in the store that ain’t available
Contact Xbox or PlayStation there the ones who need to fix the issue because I got an update it’s the store that needs to be reseted because on a different account u can purchase the speed pass it’s Sony and Microsoft that needs to resolve the issue so contact them
I'll just now got all the rewards for volume 9 that is now named volume 9 downloadable for the collector's edition so if you got a PlayStation 5 and you ain't got volume unavailable go check it now you might be able to download it
Hi, could you share more details on it since I am still encountering te same issue here. After patch 9.0.2, I still cannot download the vol9 speed pass. It still asks me to pay for it with the ultimate collection installed.
Has the volume 9 premium speed pass been fixed yet? I still do not have that available to me. I am not paying another $14.99 Canadian through the PlayStation store to buy what I am missing
Also having this issue, with no one providing help.
Playstation Help says I’ve downloaded all available items in the ultimate collection. I tried to explain that part of it is missing. PlayStation Help says, “too bad about that, seems like you need to play the game and level up to get the items.” Explained that the items are still locked behind a paywall. “Oh, well we can’t help because we show you downloaded everything.”
EA rep said, “well, we can look into it, but you bought it from PlayStation store so it seems like it’s their problem.”
no one is doing anything about this, do not buy it.
