Progress Lost
Hi, I'm experiencing multiple issues with the game following a loading screen failure that required me to force-quit (Alt + F4). Here are the specific problems: 1. Lost Progress/Data: Story Mode ...
As I have said this is a common issue that we deal on a daily basis. Unfortunately EA does not have the tools to "return" singleplayer progress. You can also try talking with EA support for the avatar issue.
I understand that EA cannot help with the Story Mode progress. However, my concern is not only about the Story Mode - I cannot customize my avatar or car parts in Lakeshore Online, which is completely separate from offline play. Every time I try to change anything, it either reverts back or shows a Purchase Failed message. This makes the game essentially unplayable online.
