PS5 controller not working with NFS UNBOUND

Please support when ever i launch the game to the main menu when i press anything wont response, only when i press R2 will guide me to the menu then when i click start for the story mode once it star...

Please guys who ever has solution kindly show gaudiness, i was playing NFS heat and i enjoyed it the most so i bought this game to grind and enjoy. Any solutions would be truly appreciated.
